Sorry we haven't been around much this week. It's amazing how hard it is to get caught up from a trip. Not necessarily the kids, but ME. So much laundry, restocking the fridge/pantry, a dirty house, catching up on emails and phone calls!

Love the pics! What a brave/nice Mommy you are. Letting them paint "over" the rug! Lucky little ones!
HA, well it seems like the only way they learn why they can't get paint (washable) on the carpet is to let them do it.
Same theory as to why grabbing a glass is a no no. I let them break one one day. I took it out to our drive way and let them each have a drinking glass made of...glass. They tossed it down on the ground and it shattered. They were horrified and now don't grab glasses.
A few months ago, Lily got some paint on the carpet and after an "OH NO!" fest we both cleaned it up with warm water and a cloth. From now on she is super careful and even says, no paint carpet!
