(Picture above from the Grapevine Vintage Railroad Site)
We left Grapefest and headed home for lunch and a nap. After Z&L took their naps we went back up to Grapefest because I have been promising the kids that we would ride the real train for weeks. Lily pointed out to Zane that we rode the baby choochoo in the morning, but it was now time to ride the Daddy Choochoo.
Super excited about this ride
But by the end of the ride, everyone was starting to melt from the heat.
Below are some videos which may be boring to you unless you are a grandparent, a relative or just think my kids are as adorable as I do. If you do not fall into these categories, you may get bored out of your mind.
Waiting for the train to go...
What are you we going to do?
SMILE! PICTURE!
(she kept posing waiting for me to take the picture not knowing I was taking a video)
Still waiting to go
Lily was in charge of the tickets and wanted me to FIX IT! to the broken train next to us.
OK CARS let's go!
And we're off!
The ticket taker man did not realize that Lily doesn't like people
BUT the nice coach lady brought Z&L popcorn. Twice. She was very popular
Apparently the train was taking us to Pop's house, Pawpaw's house, Nana's house, and Neenee's house.

As always, thank you for the time and effort you put into this blog,so those of us who are far away can vicariously participate with your family. These were wonderful pics and videos and I admire you for all the field grips you take the twins on and all the other things you do to enhance their lives. Love you all!
