I didn't get to take as many pictures as I had wanted to today because, well, it's hard to wrangle two kids and a camera. I need to improve that skill.

Today we met up with some lovely friends at a neighborhood park. Landon and Maren & Dylan. Miss Katie was nice enough to bring along some old bread so that all the kids could feed the duckies.

Then we all ventured over to the playground equipment and prayed that they stayed on this littler version. For the most part they did but later Zane and Lily's interest drifted to the big kids playset that was chocked full of heart attacks for mama.
Lily's eyebrows are all about her attitude

Zane enjoyed seeing the ducks but was mainly interested in making an escape around the gate to dive into the water. He eventually settled down and while everyone was throwing the ducks bread (which he was mad he didn't get to eat himself) he decided to start throwing grass at them instead. I suppose some ducks may have been on a gluten free diet.

I think the first picture was taken right before I swatted the bread out of his mouth and made him mad. Poor Zane - I gave him bread and told him not to eat it. Lesson learned - next time bring safe to eat bread. No pictures of the crazy dog lady?
Should have snapped a picture of her to broadcast to the local park perusers.
FYI - Crazy dog lady was this lady that followed us around with her half lab/half husky puppy. At first it was like...oh hi! cute puppy! but then she literally was following us around the park trying to get our toddlers to play with her hyper puppy that weighed about 45 pounds.
I had to tell her (and probably rudely) to please go elsewhere with her dog because I didn't want him around the kids being an unpredictable puppy.
She left but showed back up again 20 minutes later harassing Melissa's kids. Just weird
Yes, and crazy lady's dog had one blue eye and one brown eye!! Sounds pretty but scary looking!! Fun times with you guys:)
