This video is about 2 weeks old, and I'm sorry I haven't uploaded it sooner but I've been pretty busy these days. The video shows Lily's exploration with her new ball bouncer (it throws plastic balls into the air, she loves it, Zane is terrified of it) and also Zane crawling up on things. He has actually improved by leaps and bounds at this skill, but this was the 2nd day he had done this on own. I'll get a new video up soon of his quick and very impressive creeping skills.
I also took this video about a month ago. I hadn't posted this on the blog because I'm sure most of you consider me to be a somewhat sane person. About a month ago, I saw a ghost. A real ghost...it was a little girl and she was standing near Zane's room. Also, scary things had been happening in his room, such as things getting moved around, his room was always freezing cold, and it just had a creepy feeling about it. In the middle of all the ghostly things going on in there, Zane kept waking up at night (and during the day) screaming his head off and when I'd go to get him he'd be covered in sweat and scared out of his mind. I hated to admit to myself all that was going on because, let's face it, I'm a scientists and seeing/feeling ghosts will get you thrown out of the science club. I tried to take a video of him during the day to see if I could capture anything in his room...and while unfortunately I couldn't (the room was just too dark) you can get an impression of how he would randomly wake up terrified out of his mind. You can't see him in this video, but you can definitely hear him, it was hard to endure this type of screaming in the middle of the night.
Since that time, I asked the ghost to please leave our house (and go to the light [don't laugh!]) and I have to say, whether it's real or psychosomatic, I feel the presence has left and things are right with his room. Also, since she has left, he has not woken up screaming like this ever again.....I'm not crazy....I swear
(I heard his screams and got the video camera/ran to his room. I opened up the blinds to try and get light for the camera but that didn't help. Zane stopped screaming when I reached down and grabbed him)

This is your second ghost, right? I'm so glad he's doing better! You should have your video analyzed to see if you can see/hear her :)
First ghost in the house...second ghost I've seen (the other one was in the middle of a road at night)
Wow! I just appreciate your ability to share something you really would have preferred not to share. Mysterious happenings! Telling her to please go into the light was likely the very best thing to do - so your intuition is definitely right on. I love seeing and hearing the babies. Hugs, hugs, and more hugs, with much love.
oh i got help in the ghost dept. a consultant told me to tell her to go into the light as well as burn sage in the house and put salt on the window sills.
