Today we spent our Friday making sure we were prepared for Hurricane Ike. The kids don't know who Ike is but they are glad he's making a visit so they didn't have to go to daycare today.
We even went and took a long walk around the neighborhood since it is finally cool enough and there is a nice wind so they babies don't overheat. Tonight is going to be fun, but I have a feeling this one may dive north like Rita did a few years ago. But if it doesn't, I guess we'll be hanging out in the bathroom (it's the only room without windows :) )
