Blogger etiquette says to never apologize for going too long between posts, because hey, you're working for free, but rather dive right in as if no time has passed. So, here we go!
I'm so sick of Zucchini. My two plants put out more zucchini than any human being should have to consume. Too bad I'm the only one in the family who eats it. Now if only they made a chicken fried steak plant.
I accidentally washed an overnight Huggies pull-up with the wash. This was not a fun thing to clean up.
In an effort to cool down from the record 100+ temperatures, I got a 20 dollar pool at Target. It has only been used to make mud soup and practice new golf hazards. They don't seem to like the whole "swimming idea".
Lily is too smart for her own britches and is quite challenging on every aspect of daily life. Why and how come? Seem to be the predominant words in her vocabulary.
We drove out to Rockwall to go play with Dr. Anne, Miss Claire & Baby Sarah. Not pictured is Lily because princesses do not run through sprinklers.
My babies turned three years old on Father's Day and we opened presents from mom and dad and those sent in by family and friends.
Lily opened a special present from Gigi and was very confused when it was whisked away and placed on the "only when mommy is playing with you!" shelf. It was a beautiful gift and I know she will treasure it forever.
This is sort of what our days look like. Just hangin' around...making a mess.
From our birthday present opening celebration
**My favorite part is at 1:55 where Zane wishes Lily and mama a happy birthday**

Uck on viruses, particularly in the summertime. Itches itch worse in hot weather. I loved all this post except the "kids sick" part. I am so happy to have new pics to view. I was practically in withdrawal. Looks as if they had a wonderful birthday! They are so grown up ... time flies when you are having fun. Love all four of you. Stay cool!
They did have a wonderful birthday and thank you so much for the tea set. Lily absolutely loves it and I'm sorry we didn't get it on film but as soon as Jason saw what it was it was a mad dash to keep it out of her hands until we could properly show her what it was. In the hub bub we didn't get a picture!
So cute (except the sick part of course). I can't believe how big they are now!
